We decided to have dinner tonight at Bullfinch's, a high end restaurant in the town of Sudbury.
We got the Love Potion (passion fruit nectar, pomegranate juice, fresh lime and soda),
the Calamari (fresh domestic calamari, lightly breaded and fried; tossed with pepper rings, sweet italian sausage; served with marinara, and herb aioli),
the Pork Osso Bocco (served with potato waffles, apple chutney, honey ginger sauce and fresh vegetable)
and the Dessert Sampler (chocolate mousse (with whipped cream), creme brulée (with whipped cream), warm apple crisp (with vanilla ice cream)).
The drink was refreshing, while the calamari were delicious with the herb sauce. The best dish of the night was the pork, fall off the bone tender and delicious with the potato waffles and apple ginger flavored vegetables. By comparison, the dessert was not that great, but still good all the same. Definitely the best restaurant in town.
This blog is to serve as a record of my quest to visit every single town/city in Massachusetts and determine what are the great places to see/restaurants to eat at. Feel free to give me feedback on places that I might have missed out on, especially the great restaurants since I can only eat 3 times a day.
