Today, we decided to have lunch at Juniper, an upscale Mediterranean restaurant in the town of Wellesley.
Nice decor, and interesting stuff on the menu, of which we got the Karshuf (artichoke and tahini),
the Chicken Tagine (braised chicken thighs, roasted raisins, toasted almonds, Israeli Couscous).
and the Dark Chocolate Budino (amarena cherries, ganache and hazelnut shortbread) for dessert.
The dip was really good, being just the right amount of salty. The tagine was simply amazing, with the butteriness of the couscous, the tenderness of the chicken, the smoky sweetness of the almonds and raisins. The best Mediterranean meal in my opinion. No wonder it's the top restaurant in town.
This blog is to serve as a record of my quest to visit every single town/city in Massachusetts and determine what are the great places to see/restaurants to eat at. Feel free to give me feedback on places that I might have missed out on, especially the great restaurants since I can only eat 3 times a day.
