Today, we decided to go check out a ramen place in Newton, with a name that doesn't sound like it is one, Little Big Diner. Pretty small place, but popular.
We were lucky enough to get seats right before they closed the lunch period, so kudos to them for accomodating us. We got the Chili Paitan Ramen (chashu pork, ajitama egg, chili crisp oil, white kimchi, woodear 'shrooms, funny cabbage, scallions, nori)
and the LBD Flat Patty "Hawaiian Style Burger" (pineapple sambal/crispy onions, mayo).
Both dishes were really good, although the burger was a little on the small side, but it is a tapas dish anyway. Really glad we got to try this place today.
This blog is to serve as a record of my quest to visit every single town/city in Massachusetts and determine what are the great places to see/restaurants to eat at. Feel free to give me feedback on places that I might have missed out on, especially the great restaurants since I can only eat 3 times a day.
