March 30th 2026: Farewell Dinner at Burton's Grill, Shrewsbury

 Today, I went for a farewell dinner for my bosses at the Burton's Grill in Shrewsbury, bringing the little one along as well. This time, we got the Firecracker Shrimp (crispy colossal shrimp, firecracker sauce, sesame seeds, cilantro cucumber salad),

the General Tso Cauliflower (general tso sauce, scallions, cilantro, sesame seeds, ginger aioli),

the French Fries, Sweet Potato Fries, Mac and Cheese

and the Cajun Shrimp Pasta (bronzed shrimp, andouille sausage, rotini, red peppers, spinach, parmesan,

bourbon cream sauce).

Other than the fries which were just so-so, the appetizers were actually pretty good today, and the pasta was delicious. Definitely better than past meals I have had here in the past.
