March 5th 2017: Healthy Meal at Pressed Cafe, Burlington

After getting the Red Bean Bread (A tradition red bean incorporated bread baked until golden brown), the Snow Pea (A cookie bread filled with sediment peas and topped with toasted slices of almonds) and the Chestnut Pastry (Chestnut bread filled with chestnut dice morsels and cooked to a golden brown) from Tous les Jours in Burlington,


We stopped by Pressed Cafe, a place in town which serves pretty healthy food, much like Sweetgreen, in terms of decor as well.
We got the Creme Brulee Latte (vanilla, caramel, espresso, steamed milk)
and the BBQ Short Rib Quinoa Bowl (BBQ Braised Melt in Your Mouth Short Ribs, Cilantro Lime Quinoa, roasted portobello mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, crunchy kale, over medium egg, demi jus, gorgonzola crumbles).
I actually liked the coffee for once, and the flavors of the quinoa dish really worked extremely well together.

By the time we left, there was already a long line to the counter. Glad there are more and more of teses places around town.
