March 28th 2017: Vietnamese Lunch at Lemongrass, Leominster

We were at the Health Alliance Hospital in Leominster today,
and decided to have lunch at Lemongrass, a relatively new Vietnamese place in town.
We got the Cafe Sua Da (Iced Vietnamese Coffee with Condensed Milk),
the Goi Cuon Bo Nuong Bo (summer roll made with lemongrass marinated sauteed beef, fresh herbs and rice noodles wrapped in rice paper. Served with a peanut dipping sauce)
and the Bun Thit Nuong Tom Cha Gio (rice vermicelli bowl served with grilled chicken, shrimp, shredded lettuce, mint, bean sprouts, cucumber and garnished with crushed peanuts).
Except for the coffee, which was still too bitter for me even with condensed milk, the ingredients for the food dishes were really fresh, the lemongrass doing its work in making the rolls that much more delicious with the peanut sauce, and the grilled chicken was perfectly cooked, although a tiny bit salty, but overall delicious with the noodles and fish sauce. Overall, a place I might come back to in the near future, even though the menu was pretty simple.
