April 25th 2020: More of Beaver Brook, Hollis NH

Today, we decided to go on a hike at Beaver Brook in Hollis NH, which I have been to a few times in the past. This time around, the path we took is shown below in pink.

A small pond at the beginning of the hike,

then the bridge crossing Wildlife Pond,

Sedge Pond was nothing to look at though. We then headed to Dam Road,

On the way back to our car. Definitely one of the best areas in this reservation.

April 12th 2020: Hayfield Property, Foster RI

With the good weather today, we decided to head out to the town of Foster RI for some hiking on the Hayfield Property. The path we took here is highlighted in pink.

Nothing much to see here but trees. Was cheated by the description.

April 7th 2020: A Day Out in Brookline NH

Today, as the weather was nice, we decided to venture out to Brookline NH for a breath of fresh air after being at home for several days amid the COVID-19 virus pandemic. Our first destination was the Taylor Talbot Wildlife Sanctuary, where the path we took to get to Talbot Swamp is shown below in pink.

Not well maintained at the moment, and the views of the swamp were just okay.

Next we went to the Potanipo Lake beach for a while, which was beautifully serene today,

before finally heading back for the day.
