Today, while in Boston,
Echelon Seaport
Residences at Pier 4, 55 Pier 4 Boulevard
10 World Trade
we started out with breakfast at Committee, a Greek bar restaurant in Boston. Fancy inside.
We got the Build Your Own Bowl (tabouleh couscous, greek slaw, Cucumber Tzatziki, Butternut Squash Hummus, Chicken Skewer)and the Lamb Burger (8oz ground lamb, carmelized onion tzatziki, smoked metsovo cheese, pickled shallots, and arugula on brioche with fries). Not a bad start to the morning. Next, we went to our destination for the day, the Museum of Ice Cream.A gimmicky place in my opinion, but at least we got quite a bit of ice cream.
After leaving the museum, we got a Basque Cheescake
from the Lakon Paris Patisserie location in the Seaport area.We got the Signature Cold Niku Udon (cold udon with sliced beef, grated ginger, dried seaweed, scallion, crispy tempura batter, lemon wedge, daikon and YGA's special Tare),
The Spicy Hot Udon (no beef with homemade chicken broth, topped with scallion, dried shrimp, crispy tempura batter, Japanese pepper flakes and our homemade chilli paste)and the Kid's Bowl (with beef).
Not bad, though a little on the sweet side with the beef. With that, an end of a day spent in the Seaport area of Boston.
