October 8th 2026: Ben and Jerry's Factory Tour, Waterbury VT

 Today, on the way to a Ben and Jerry's factory tour, we made our first stop at Two Bistro and Cafe, a Brazilian place in Hartford VT, 

grabbing a Chocolate Croissant and a Ham and Cheese Croissant.

The chocolate one was a tad sweet, although the ham one was not bad. A pity we couldn't stay longer to test their other fare.

From here, it was on to Waterbury VT for our factory tour at Ben and Jerry's.

The tour had an introductory video,

Followed by samples of cookie dough chunks,

then the factory mezzanine, where we were lucky enough that production was ongoing, but unfortunately no pictures could be taken, then the Flavor Lab, 

where we got a sample of Mint Chocolate Chunk.

Not too bad a tour. With that, we passed by the Flavor Graveyard,

and then it was on to Montreal!
