January 5th 2020: Doragon Ramen, Ashland

Today, we decided to go to Doragon Ramen in Ashland for lunch, which actually is the new name for Noodle City, which we have visited a few times in the past. The layout has changed a little, definitely for the better.
This time around, we got the Pork Chashu (braised crrekstone pork belly, garnished with crispy pork belly) ramen with BLACK GARLIC MISO BROTH (Flavorful broth made from miso paste and 90day aged black garlic, served with fresh temomi noodles, a rustic hand kneaded ramen noodle topped with scallions, roasted corn and mayu, enoki mushrooms, pickled shiitake mushrooms).
and the Chicken Peanut Mazemen (Cold wavey ramen noodles tossed with our House Thai Peanut Sauce , scallions, cilantro and peanuts. Topped with chicken chashu, baby bok choy, roasted corn, ground peanuts and scallions).
Really excellent as always from this place, especially the meats. Oh the fat!!
