October 1st 2021: Family Dinner at Bocado, Worcester

Today, the family decided to have dinner at Bocado in Worcester. We have been here before in the past. This time around, we got the STRAWBERRY Sangria (Homemade White Sangria with Strawberry Liqueur),

the PECHO DE RES COCIDO (5 hour braised beef brisket, bbq braise sauce, Yukon mashed, Aleppo crème fraîche)
the REMOLACHAS ASADAS (roasted beets, goat cheese, avocado, micro greens, honey, sherry vinaigrette, toasted marcona),

the CONEJO ASADO LENTO (slow-roasted rabbit, roasted tomato porcini broth, mushrooms, grilled baguette, truffle oil),

the SEARED SWORDFISH (scallion pancake, coconut curry vinaigrette, grilled baby corn, toasted sesame seeds),

the PULPO A FEIRA (grilled Spanish octopus, roasted potato, olive oil, smoked Spanish paprika, sea salt),
the PAELLA DE MARISCOS (shrimp, calamari, scallops, white fish, mussels, clams, basil, tomatoes and peas),
the PASTA & CLAM SAUCE (lemony saffron clam sauce, mezzi rigatoni, shaved parmesan),

and the FLAN DE BOCADO (pomegranate orange custard with fresh fruit) for dessert.
The drink was too strong for my liking, but the food itself was really good. The brisket was pretty tender, the salad ingredients came together really well, the goat cheese not being too strong, the truffle flavored rabbit was interesting to say the least, the swordfish was not dry and very tasty, the paella perfectly moist and not too salty, while the pasta had lots of clams. The dessert was good too, although there was no trace of the pomegranate orange flavor in my opinion. Overall, a really good meal here as always.
