After spending some time in the Central Park area of Manhattan NY this morning,
|
The Chatham Court, 75 Central Park West |
we headed to New Haven CT,
After leaving the museum, we decided to have lunch nearby at Kuro Shiro, a ramen place at 128 Crown Street in the downtown area.
We got the Ebi Potato (deep fried shrimp wrapped with potato strips),
the Spicy Tsukemen (Tonkotsu Soup, chashu, onion, scallion, cabbage, egg, bamboo shoots, seaweed, spicy sauce)
and the Shoyu Ramen (tonkotsu soup, scallion, egg, bamboo shoots, seaweed).
Really good ramen from here, especially the chashu.
A great day spent in New Haven CT
