Today, we decided to go turkey hunting in the city of Brookline,
with statues from "Turkeys Around Town" scattered all over town.

A pity I missed the one at the
Putterham branch library.Till next time I guess.
After the hunt, it was time to eat, first at
Miraku Boston, a Hokkaido ramen place that has taken over from Shiki, which we visited
once in the past. Much nicer decor now in my opinion.
We got the Zangi (Hokkaido Style Fried Chicken),
the Yaki Shoyu Ramen (Rich and flavorful broth made with high quality ingredients, infused with umami-rich Rishiri Kombu (Kelp) and soy sauce expertly reduced to perfection.)
and the Spicy Miso Ramen (A Kombu based ramen with our specially blended miso paste to give it a savory taste with homemade chilli paste.)
Pretty good, although the chicken could have been crispier.
Our next stop was at
Bottega Fiorentina, an Italian market cafe nearby,
getting a couple of mini Cannolis
before our final stop of the day at
JP Licks,
getting the Brownie Brownie Batter flavor this time around.
With that, an end to a perfect day hunting for turkeys in Brookline.
