December 13th 2017: Lunch at Kummerspeck, Worcester
We decided to check out Kummerspeck, a relatively new restaurant in a sketchy part of Worcester serving sandwiches.
We decided not to go with one, getting the Cottage Pie (beef shank, peas, red wine, turnip, potato) instead, which is similar to a Shepherd's pie, except it is made with beef instead of lamb. Who knew.
It came out looking just like a cup of French Onion Soup, and although it was good, I did not think it was worth the 20 bucks we spent. Way too overpriced, and the ambience wasn't that great anyway. Not coming back again for sure.
