Today, we decided to get dinner from Chashu Ramen in Worcester, which I had takeout from a few months ago. This time, I got to see the inside of the bar restaurant, which was pretty fancy.
I got the Abura (santaka tare, smoke bacon, chashu, soft boiled egg, shiitake, enoki mushroom, scallion, sate oil),the Chicken Karaage (marinated, fried chicken, spicy mayo, pickled relish, togarashi)and the Beef Tenderloin Kushi (garlic butter). The skewer and fried chicken were pretty flavorful, although the ramen was a little on the salty side. I think I'm done with this place. There are definitely better ramen places around town.
