November 17th 2020: Takeout from Chashu Ramen, Worcester

 Today, we decided to get takeout from Chashu Ramen, a new Japanese restaurant in Worcester. We got the Butter Corn  (white miso tare, sesame chicken, shiitake, soft-boiled egg*, charred corn, scallions, black garlic butter, ash onion oil), the spicy red miso (red miso tare, minced pork, shiitake, bamboo, soft-boiled egg*, chashu ball, scallion, sate oil, ash onion oil), the Sweet Soy Glaze Chicken Wings (double fried), and the Aisukurīmu (durian ice cream) for dessert.

The miso soup was a tad salty, although the butter corn soup was pretty good. The chicken was just alright though, but thankfully the ice cream was very smooth and flavorful. Overall, until I see the place for myself, I will not pass judgment on this place yet.
