Today, after having liked the Bliss ice cream we bought from Cooper's Hilltop Farm in Leicester last week, we decided to seek it out today, going on a hike to find Prospect Hill Pond in Taunton at the end of Waverly Street. The path is really just a boat launch access road to the pond itself, which was pretty soggy today.
The restaurant itself is a popular diner in Attleborough. We got the Greek Benedict (2 poached eggs with spinach and feta cheese and Hollandaise sauce served on English muffin with home fries)and the Belgian Waffle with Berries and Cream (blueberries and whipped cream).I usually don't go for feta cheese, but I have to say it went really well with the Hollandaise sauce this time around, and the waffle was flavorful as well, though not crispy. Excellent meal overall, I must say. This blog is to serve as a record of my quest to visit every single town/city in Massachusetts and determine what are the great places to see/restaurants to eat at. Feel free to give me feedback on places that I might have missed out on, especially the great restaurants since I can only eat 3 times a day.
