Today, we managed to head to Quincy before it started snowing, and decided to have dimsum at Ming's Seafood. In the Covid climate, there are no more pushcarts going around the restaurant, so we got to order off the menu, and hence we had an opportunity to order more exotic things from the menu. We got the Pan Fried Turnip Cake with XO Sauce,
the Bean Curd Pudding, the Salted Egg Yolk Lava Bun with Cuttlefish Sauce,
the Honeycomb Ox Tripe in Satay Sauce, Siu Mai (Pork and Shrimp Dumplings), Shrimp Dumplings with Truffle Cuttlefish Sauce, and the Shrimp with Red Rice Roll.Excellent meal as always from this place, although there wasn't much durian to speak of in the pastry, and the squid ink did not add much to the original versions of the dishes they were put in. Wouldn't recommend getting them again.
