Today, while wanting to check out the Hudson Historical Society,
we decided to have brunch at Wild Hare, a nice cafe located within the same building at the Landing at Hudson Mills,We got the Matcha Latte,
the M U S H R O O M T O A S T (r o a s t e d k i n g o y s t e r m u s h r o o m s , c o n f i t g a r l i c
p u r e e a n d h e r b c r e a m s a u c e o n h o u s e s o u r d o u g h),
the WAGYU SLOPPY JOE (a m e r i c a n w a g y u , e x t r a s l o p p y. s e r v e d w i t h h o u s eg r e e n s)
and the SAVORY POPCORN (fresh kernels popped in duck fat, s e a s o n e d w i t h truffle salt and parmesan cheese).
Pretty good food in my opinion, definitely worth a second try, especially the mushrooms and burger, although the museum was closed today.
