August 5th 2017: Lunch at Purple Bamboo Restaurant, Billerica

Today, while in the area, we decided to go check out Purple Bamboo Restaurant, a pretty nice Chinese restaurant in the town of Billerica, which also serves hot pot.

We got the Salt and Pepper Calamari

and the Chinese Eggplant.

The squid was not bad, being very crispy, and the eggplant was really flavorful, and I liked how they coated the vegetables with a layer of flour, giving them more texture.

Overall, a pretty good meal, might come back to try their hot pot.
