Sichuan Hot Oil Chicken Dumplings (with hot oil and sweet soy sauce) and Zha Jiang Mian (fried sauce noodle, firm bean curd, lean pork, cucumber, scallion, bean paste).
This blog is to serve as a record of my quest to visit every single town/city in Massachusetts and determine what are the great places to see/restaurants to eat at. Feel free to give me feedback on places that I might have missed out on, especially the great restaurants since I can only eat 3 times a day.

February 13th 2016: Lunch at Star Dumplings, Millbury
Today, we decided to have lunch at Star Dumplings, a new Chinese place in Millbury. We got the Pork Belly Buns,
Sichuan Hot Oil Chicken Dumplings (with hot oil and sweet soy sauce) and Zha Jiang Mian (fried sauce noodle, firm bean curd, lean pork, cucumber, scallion, bean paste).
The sauce for the pork belly was pretty good, as was that for the dumplings and noodles. The dumplings themselves though were just alright, as were the noodles. Overall, not bad, but I have had better.
