After work today, we headed into Millbury today to check out
Scales Seafood and Ice Cream, a casual seafood place with weighing scales lining the walls.
We got the Lobster Salad Roll and the Garlic Knots.
Nothing special though.
We then headed nearby to
Christopher's Ice Cream, getting the Peanut Butter Cup flavor this time.
Pretty creamy and good as always.
Still not having our fill, we decided to get more food at
Red Robin, a chain burger restaurant nearby.
Here, we got the Burnin' Love (topped with fried jalapeño coins, salsa, Pepper-Jack, lettuce, tomatoes and chipotle aioli on a jalapeño-cornmeal kaiser roll) burger.
and the Root Beer Float Cake (Fluffy frosted white cake with a sweet layer of root beer cream inside, drizzled in chocolate and topped with a cherry!).
I have to say, the burger was actually pretty delicious, partly due to the bread itself. The root beer flavor in the cake was interestingly good as well. I might actually come back here to try their other burgers another time.
