April 29th 2018: Lunch at Red Heat Tavern, Westborough

We had lunch at the Red Heat Tavern today, the newest bar restaurant in Westborough.

We got the Maple Pistachio Salmon (Bay of Fundy Salmon Josper-fired w/ a pistachio crust, mashed sweet potatoes, Josper grilled asparagus, drizzled with a maple mustard glaze)
and a side of Jumbo Tater Tots (Hand-made, jumbo tater tots stuffed w/ applewood smoked bacon, smoked Gouda, Provolone & American Grana cheeses, house made ketchup, beer cheese).
Surprisingly good food here, although a mite expensive. No wonder there are quite a few branches opening all around New England.
