After checking out the open house at the Boston Ballet School in Newton today,
we decided to have lunch at Happy Lamb Hot Pot in Cambridge,
which provided us a baby plate for our little one. They did charge us for his presence though.
We got the Half and Half (Original and House Spicy),
along with the Green Lettuce and Spinach,
the Wide Bean Noodles,
the House Meatball Platter (Beef, Lamb, Fish, Shrimp)
and the Beef and Lamb Combo.
Pretty tasty broth, a good food as a result. Plus points for the baby plate, minus for adding him to the bill.
After lunch,we headed to the Town Field and Doherty Gibson Playground at 1565 Dorchester Avenue in Boston for the Trung Thu Festival going on there.
Pretty small event I must say, and we left soon after.
This blog is to serve as a record of my quest to visit every single town/city in Massachusetts and determine what are the great places to see/restaurants to eat at. Feel free to give me feedback on places that I might have missed out on, especially the great restaurants since I can only eat 3 times a day.
