December 7th 2019: Ebisuya Japanese Noodle House, Malden

Today, we decided to have lunch at Ebisuya Japanese Noodle House, an offshoot of the Ebisuya Japanese Market in Medford, located in Malden, opposite the Pearl Street Station Restaurant.

Pretty small place, with only a few high chairs for sitting at the counter.

We got the Small Chashu Pork Don (on rice)

and the Miso (soy bean paste) Ramen.

Both dishes were very flavorful, although there was a lack of toppings. Not a bad meal though.
