February 15th 2025: Aviation Museum of New Hampshire, Londonderry NH

Today, after passing by a few Bulldogs of Bedford statues in Bedford NH,

Trader Joe's

The Friendly Toast

Whole Foods
we headed into Londonderry NH,
Manchester-Boston Regional Airport
going to check out the Aviation Museum of New Hampshire. Pretty nice museum catering to kids.

After leaving the museum, we headed into Manchester NH for lunch, checking out The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill, which apparently has many other locations across the country.

We got the Four Dip Combo (Tzatziki (Greek yogurt, labne, cucumber, garlic, dill), Hummus (Garbanzo Beans Crushed with Garlic, Olive Oil and Lemon Juice), Tirokafteri (Creamy Greek Feta with Spicy Roasted Peppers), Melitzanosalata (roasted eggplant, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic), Pita Bread),
the Australian Lamb Souvlaki Plate (served with side salad, Tzatziki and Pita plus French Fries)
and the Side Salad.

Pretty tasty I must say. Can see why they have so many locations. With that, we hurried home, before the snow storm came.

May 8th 2019: New Hampshire in the Morning

This morning, we decide to get Hot Cakes from the McDonald's in Malden for the little one.
He did not like it much though.

From here, I headed into Salem NH,
Town Hall, 33 Geremonty Drive
St. David's Episcopal Church
Centerpoint Community Church
then Windham NH,
Seavey Pond, 19 Gordon Mountain Road
going on a short hike along the paved Windham Rail Trail from its entrance on Mallard Road.
Next, it was on to hikes in Londonderry NH, first at the Kendall Pond Conservation Area, where the path I took is shown below in pink.
Some nice views of the brook, but none of the pond.
My last hike for the day was at the Musquash Conservation Area in town, where the path I took here is shown below in pink.

Nothing much to see of the parts I went today though.
With that, I called it a day, heading to Somerville to grab a bite at Opa Greek Yeeros, getting the Lamb Yeero Pita (Wrapped in pita bread with tzatziki sauce, tomatoes, red onions, fries, and parsley).
Definitely better than Yassou in Arlington.

August 22nd 2018: The Merrimack Historical Society, Merrimack NH

I started out in Londonderry NH this morning,
St. Mark the Evangelist Church
Orchard Christian Fellowship

going on a hike at the Town Center Trails, where the path I took is shown below in pink.
I first visited the Peace Pole,
then headed to the apple orchard side, where I thought I was trespassing,
Next, the Adams Pond area,
then the town common area,
then the area behind the schools.
Not a bad hike actually. From here, it was on to Merrimack NH,
Bedford Road Baptist Church
Watson Park
Horseshoe Pond
to visit the Historical Society there. Nothing much but a one room schoolhouse here.
With that, I called it a day and headed to work. After work, I went to Mike's Roast Beef and Seafood in Everett to get a small Roast Beef Sandwich.
Nothing special though.
