April 3rd 2015: Dinner at Cavalier Restaurant, Chicopee

Today after work, I headed to Chicopee for dinner at Cavalier Restaurant. Along the way, I passed through the town of Springfield,
Chua Huyen Quang,
321 Berkshire Road
Mainline Industries,
1 Allen Street
Holy Name Church
Old Horace Mann New Leadership Charter School,
37 Alderman Street
Trinity United Methodist Church
Calvary's Love Church
St. Barnabas Church
First Park Memorial Baptist Church
Exploring the Springfield College campus. where basketball was invented,

on the shores of Lake Massasoit,

before finally heading into Chicopee.

The restaurant itself is semi upscale, semi family style, with the menu being toward the latter.
With my deal, I just went for all the appetizers, getting the Cavalier Sampler (3 Cod fish cakes, 2 Shrimp Cakes, 3 Chicken wings),

The Shrimp a Casa (sautéed shrimp in spicy sauce),

The Ameijoas a Chefe (little necks in special Onion sauce)

And the Camarao Mozambique (large broiled Shrimp with Spiced lemon butter).

Everything was pretty good, especially the Cod and Shrimp Cakes, but otherwise, Nothing special.

After dinner, I headed to the Tower Theaters, a pretty small place with only 2 screens in South Hadley to watch "Furious 7".

A pretty exciting movie, though with many plot holes and a pretty bad ending, although it did make me feel sad about the actor Paul Walker, who died in a car crash while the movie was still in production.
