having breakfast at Urban Farmhouse Eatery, a relatively new breakfast place in town.
We got a Lemon Ricotta Pancake (lemon curd, blueberries)
and the Pastrami Benedict (New York style pastrami, poached eggs, Dijon hollandaise, rye crostini, house seasoned skillet potatoes).
The lemon curd did the pancake really well, while the Dijon in the sauce complemented the saltiness of the pastrami.
After a good breakfast, we headed to our first destination for the day, the Fuller Gardens, where the flowers were all in bloom.
After leaving the gardens, it was time to head to the beach in town, North Hampton State Beach, to relax.
With that we headed back into Hampton NH,

a nice western restaurant located within the Ashworth by the Sea Hotel. We got the Roast Beef Dip Au Jus (ciabatta bun, melted swiss, Cape Cod Chips, pickle)
and the Coconut Shrimp (sesame ginger glaze, coconut flakes).
Pretty tasty meal, although the dip was a little on the salty side.
With that, we spent the rest of our time at the Hampton Beach State Park
before heading for home, passing by Salisbury back in Massachusetts.

getting a Hot Matcha Milk Tea,
which was actually pretty delicious. Not a bad way to end a day at the beaches.
