We had dinner in the town of Southborough tonight, at Hola Mexican Restaurant, a new bar restaurant which has opened up right next to Tomasso.
We got the Guacamole,
which came freshly ground up, although it had a little too much onion for my liking.
We also got the Tacos de Asada (grilled steak, topped with onion, cilantro and avocado sauce)
and the Chiles en Nogada (poblano pepper stuffed with ground beef picadillo (ground beef, raisins, apple, pear and plantain). Covered in a walnut sauce and topped with pomegranate and cilantro. Served with rice and beans).
Not bad, but pretty pricey for what we got. Not sure if I want to come back again.
This blog is to serve as a record of my quest to visit every single town/city in Massachusetts and determine what are the great places to see/restaurants to eat at. Feel free to give me feedback on places that I might have missed out on, especially the great restaurants since I can only eat 3 times a day.
