On the way home today, we decided to stop by PJ's Smoke and Grill, a new BBQ place in the town of Medway for lunch,
We weren't able to order real BBQ stuff because the smoker has been disallowed by the town due to complaints, but we still decided to get the Carolina Q Burger (6oz chuck, short rib and brisket burger, cheddar, bacon, fried pickles and Carolina BBQ sauce on a butter grilled brioche roll with cornbread, served with maple butter),
which was surprisingly flavorful, together with the fried pickles and the perfectly cooked bacon, and the cornbread which wasn't dry for once. Excellent food here. Can't wait for the smoker to get back online, this time enclosed.
For dessert, we decided to head to Muffin House Cafe nearby. Pretty popular place,
the Natick branch of which I visited a long time ago.
This time, other than the Blueberry Muffin,
we also got the Cranberry Orange Muffin.
Both were equally delicious. Can see why they have 4 locations to date.
