April 6th 2023: Second Time at Margarita's, Northborough

 Today, we decided to have dinner at the Margarita's in Northborough, which we visited once a long time ago. 

We decided to get the TACOS DEL MAR (3 Beer battered fish, Orange Slaw, Magic Three Pepper Sauce, avocado, scallion. Stuffed in soft corn tortillas), 

the ISLAND COCONUT MARTINI (Cruzan Coconut rum, Absolut Vanilla, coconut and our house Squeeze)

and the SKILLET BAKED ENCHILADAS (One steak enchilada, one chicken enchilada and one stuffed with salsa fresca. Skillet baked with our house tomatillo sauce. Served with Mexican rice and beans.)

The fish was pretty crispy and tasty, as were the enchiladas. The drink was alright by me. Overall, not too bad a meal here.
