|
385 Fifth Avenue |
before heading to meet up with my friends at the
La Pecora Bianca location at 1133 Broadway.
getting the Cacio e Pepe Eggs Benedict (prosciutto cotto, cacio e pepe sauce),
the Parmesan Potatoes (garlic, parmesan)
and the Garganelli (roasted wild mushrooms, arugula pesto, garlic, pecorino).
getting the Salted Cashews and Macadamia Cream flavors.
The adults had to have their turn at dessert, heading nearby to
Aubi and Ramsa for the alcoholic version,
getting the Japanese Pearl Drop (a refreshing raspberry sorbet made with VEUVE CLICQUOT, SOTO Sake & CHAMBORD).
Pretty good I must say for an alcoholic ice cream.
From here, we headed to the
Lego Store at 200 5th Avenue,
getting a Butterbeer with a complimentary mug,
With that, we ended our meetup and parted ways, continuing our sightseeing,
|
Old St. Vincent de Paul Church, 123 West 23rd Street |
checking out places like

From here, we headed back to our hotel by taking the subway,

After checking in, we headed out again,
Heading to
Hyun, a high-end Korean BBQ restaurant serving Wagyu beef.
We got the Hyun Makase (daily special cuts selected by the chef 15+ cuts with marinated wagyu and encore),
where the chef cooked the meat for us himself, and we were even scolded for trying to cook the meat ourselves. Really good texture I must say.
We got dessert as well,
getting the Hojicha Ice Cream.
From here, we headed back
