Dinner today was at
Rasoi, an Indian restaurant in Framingham.
We got the Guava Lassi (yogurt blended with guava) for a drink,
which was pretty good, although I could not taste the guava for quite some time.
The tomato soup (Mild Spiced tomato broth, spices with herbs) was okay,
though not to my liking in general.
The Honey Ginger Naan (topped with honey and finely chopped ginger)
had way too much ginger,
while the Mango Chutney just tasted plain weird and looked a little like applesauce.
Thankfully, the Lamb Shami Korma (Mughlai (royal) dish, creamy light sweet and spicy sauce with the delicate flovor of cardamom. Cashews and raisins add to it nutty taste)
was pretty tasty, although I could not find a single cashew or raisin.
Sadly, the Faluda Kulfi (Indian Ice cream with clear noodles topped with rose water) dessert
tasted weird, and had a really different texture from normal ice cream as well.
Definitely not coming back here again.
