Today after work, we went to Northborough to check out the newest restaurant there, Hanto, which is the second location of the restaurant in Ashland with the same name that I visited quite a while back.
This time around, we got the Ray's Special Soup,
which turned out to be like a wonton noodle soup, and pretty good as well.
We also got the Bong Bong Chicken in Hot Chilli Sauce and the Volcano Maki (salmon, kimchi, and cucumber Maki, broiled with mozzarella cheese, Tobiko and Japanese mayo, topped with onion chips, Scallion, eel sauce and Sweet chilli sauce).
The chicken was tasty without being too spicy, while the sushi tasted just like kimchi fried rice, although the cheese, which was American cheese instead of mozzarella, was an odd an unnecessary addition to the dish.
Overall though, a pretty good meal, like the one I had in Ashland.
Overall
This blog is to serve as a record of my quest to visit every single town/city in Massachusetts and determine what are the great places to see/restaurants to eat at. Feel free to give me feedback on places that I might have missed out on, especially the great restaurants since I can only eat 3 times a day.
