we got a Blueberry Muffin
and the Cherry Scones,
which were a pretty good way to start the day. From here, passing through North Kingstown RI,
Living Hope Christian Church |
Charlestown Richmond Fire Department |
Town Hall, 4540 South County Trail |
First Baptist Church |
checking out the Fantastic Umbrella Factory, which is like a hippie shopping mall.
From here, we headed to the Charlestown Seafood Festival, which was held at Ninigret Park.
We got Whole Bellied Clams
and a Hot Lobster Roll,
which were expensive considering the 10 dollar entrance fee. And to cook in the sun? Not sure we will come back again.
After leaving the festival, we took the opportunity to check out Blue Shutters Town Beach nearby at 469 East Beach Road, which was full of people today.
After leaving the beach, we headed for our next meal, at Noodle Revolution, a Thai restaurant in the town of Westerly RI, which didn't really have any space for parking. Pretty unassuming decor too.
For food, we decided to just get kid's portions of the Pineapple Fried Rice (chicken, raisins) and Pad Thai (rice noodles, chicken, peanuts).
Not bad, but might not come back again due to the ambience and lack of parking.
With that, we headed for home, passing by Stonington CT,

North Stonington Parks and Recreation |
Old Preston Library, 296 Jewett City Road |
