Today, we decided to head out to Natick to check out Rice Noodle Thai Eatery, a small but new place in town.
We got the Som Tum (Green Papaya Salad, Famous Thai salad. Chopped green papaya, carrot, shrimp, string beans, tomatoes, peanuts in spicy home made dressing),the Shoyu Ramen (soy sauce flavor with pork belly Cha-shu, bamboo shoots, seaweed, boiled egg and scallions. ),the Prik King Shrimp (sautéed shrimps in chili ginger sauce with green bean, kaffir lime leaves and red peppers.)and the Mango with Sticky Rice (Sweet coconut sticky rice with ripe mango) for dessert. This blog is to serve as a record of my quest to visit every single town/city in Massachusetts and determine what are the great places to see/restaurants to eat at. Feel free to give me feedback on places that I might have missed out on, especially the great restaurants since I can only eat 3 times a day.
