After checking out the Jordan's Furniture in Natick, which has totally changed since the last time I was here,
we decided to have dinner at Doragon Ramen in Ashland, which I have been to a few times before. This time around, we got the Dirty Brown Sugar Black Milk Tea,the Oden (Traditional Japanese One-Pot fish cake stew with an assortment of different fish cakes, fish balls, hard-boiled quail eggs, konnayaku, bok choy and scallions in our house tsuyu broth.)and the Tan Tan Ramen (Creamy sesame broth | local ground pork | baby shanghai bok choy | matsutake shoyu bean sprouts | ajitama | scallions | nori).Once again, excellent stuff from this place, especially the stew, which was interesting in the very least, something we have not tried before. This blog is to serve as a record of my quest to visit every single town/city in Massachusetts and determine what are the great places to see/restaurants to eat at. Feel free to give me feedback on places that I might have missed out on, especially the great restaurants since I can only eat 3 times a day.
