November 6th 2015: Dinner at the Oregon Club, Ashland

Today after work, we had dinner at the Oregon Club, a small but pretty decent restaurant in Ashland.
We got the French Martini (vodka, creme de cassis and pineapple juice) for a drink,
and for food, we got the Sautéed Chicken Livers (Bell and Evens chicken livers sautéed with garlic, caramelized onions, tomatoes, balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil),
the Mushroom Vol Au Vent (oyster, shitake and portobello mushrooms in puff pastry with peppered salami and garlic cream),
and the Pan Roasted Cod (with sautéed spinach, basmati rice and lemon caper butter).
The dishes were not bad, though a little on the salty side at times.

The tiramisu was good as well,
though it had a little too much cream on it.

Overall, not bad a restaurant in this town.
