April 1st 2019: The Rutland Historical Society, Rutland

Today, I decided to go check out the Rutland Historical Society in Rutland, passing by Worcester
North Village Lofts

along the way.

Nothing much to see here, really,

although it was interesting to note they had the first tuberculosis sanatorium here,
and they used to make lawnmowers here as well.
After leaving the place, I decided to get food nearby at Heavy Evie's Diner, a small town diner,
getting the Shepherd's Pie (seasoned ground beef, creamed corn and mashed potatoes, oven baked) and Garlic Bread.
A little strange to have sweet shepherd's pie due to the corn, although the bread was not bad. Nothing special here, moving along.
