Another of my colleagues is leaving soon, so the department decided to hold a farewell lunch at Burton's Grill in Shrewsbury.
This time, we got the POINT JUDITH CALAMARI (cherry peppers, tartar sauce),
the PHILLY SPRING ROLLS (sirloin, peppers & onions, pepperjack & american cheese, onion strings spicy ketchup)
and the PASTA CARBONARA (orecchiette, applewood smoked bacon, peas, artichokes, alfredo
sauce.).
The calamari was just alright, although the spring rolls were flavorful, and the pasta was simply excellent. No disappointments here today, as always.
After work, we checked out the Greylock Park in town at Avon Avenue and Greylock Avenue. Small park with nothing much to see.
This blog is to serve as a record of my quest to visit every single town/city in Massachusetts and determine what are the great places to see/restaurants to eat at. Feel free to give me feedback on places that I might have missed out on, especially the great restaurants since I can only eat 3 times a day.
