October 15th 2015: Dinner at The Pantry Restaurant, Natick

Dinner tonight was at the Pantry Restaurant, located within the Verve Hotel in Natick. This place has pretty interesting decor,  the chandeliers being made of forks and spoons, the walls being made of rolling pins and more.
We also got popcorn for starters.

For appetizers, we got the Short Rib Arancini (beef short Rib,  fontina,  blood orange honey).

The Arancini themselves were pretty Bland, although the orange honey did help.

For food, we got the Scallops (panzanella asparagus salad, lemon oil)

And the Pork Chop (Bone in, pomegranate seeds,  sweet potato puree,  sautéed baby Kale, pomegranate molasses).

The Scallops and asparagus were way overcooked,  and the Pork was dry as well.

Thankfully, the Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta (fresh Strawberry sauce,  mixed berries,  Cookie crumbs)

We got was pretty good. Overall though,  definitely not coming back again because of the food.
