We got some pizza takeout from
Gloria's Pizzeria in Winchester, getting the Meat Lovers Pizza (Sauce, Mozzarella, Pepperoni, Meatball, Sausage, Salami, Ham and Bacon)
and the Steak Tip Pizza.
The meat lovers was nothing special, although the steak tips were actually pretty good, and it was with some special sweet sauce that we could not figure out.
For dinner, we went to the
Olive Garden in Worcester. This time, we got the Baked Tilapia with Shrimp (Delicate white fish and shrimp baked with a white wine sauce and served with parmesan-garlic broccoli.)
with the Zuppa Toscana (Spicy sausage, fresh kale and russet potatoes in a creamy broth)
and the Chicken and Gnocchi (with roasted chicken, traditional Italian potato dumplings, onion, celery, carrots and spinach) soup.
The fish was and shrimp were perfectly cooked, going well with the sauce, and the soup were good as always.
For dessert, we got the Dolcini (Piccoli Dolci "little dessert treats", layered with cake, mousse, pastry creams and berries. Amaretto Tiramisu, Strawberry White Chocolate, Dark Chocolate Caramel).
Really delicious, although I'm not a fan of the almond flavor. Excellent meal at Olive Garden as always.
