April 14th 2016: Lunch at C'est La Vie Bistro, Northborough

A new breakfast place, C'est La Vie Bistro, recently opened up in Northborough, and we decided to go check it out today. Like Special Teas nearby, it is located within a small house with interesting table settings.
We got the Duck Salade (slow roasted duck, mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion country mustard vinaigrette, crostini chips),
the Poor Chanticleer Tartine (herbed chicken, brie, roast tomato relish, crispy leeks, balsamic glaze) and Not your Classical Clam Chowder.
Everything was excellent, with interesting ingredients, especially the crispy leeks on the sandwich and the soup which was made with sour cream instead of the original recipe.

To end our delicious meal, we got the Caramel Ice Cream, which was pretty tasty as well.

Great addition to the town of Northborough.
