We had a coupon to use, so we headed to P.F. Chang's in Natick for a second time,
getting the Walnut Shrimp with Melon (citrus Asian aioli glaze, warm candied walnuts, cool honeydew),
redeeming the Long Life Noodles and Prawns (crispy prawns, garlic egg noodles, roasted chilli peppers, chopped black beans),
topping it off with the Berry Ginger Shortcake for dessert.
The noodles somehow reminded me of home, and the melon was an excellent addition to a dish I have had many times now. The dessert was good as well, although they should have taken off the leaves from the strawberries. Overall, a pretty good meal still.
This blog is to serve as a record of my quest to visit every single town/city in Massachusetts and determine what are the great places to see/restaurants to eat at. Feel free to give me feedback on places that I might have missed out on, especially the great restaurants since I can only eat 3 times a day.
