January 8th 2017: Lunch at P.F. Chang's, Natick

We decided to have lunch today at the P.F. Chang's located in the Natick Mall. Pretty nice ambience to say the least for an Americanized Chinese restaurant.

We decided to get the Jicama Street Tacos - Kung Pao Chicken (Signature jicama shell, tender chicken, fresno peppers, crushed peanuts, cool cucumbers),
the Stir Fried Eggplant (Chinese eggplant, sweet chili soy glaze, green onion, garlic)
and the Vietnamese Chocolate Lava Cake (Molten chocolate cake, milk chocolate ganache, a hint of roasted coffee, with vanilla bean ice cream) for dessert.
Having never tried this place before, I was of the perception that it served mediocre food, but I was pretty wrong at that. The tacos were pretty creative, being made of slices of jicama, and tasty as well. The eggplant was really flavorful too, and the lave cake completed the meal really well. Talk about being underrated by me.
