March 24th 2021: More Takeout from Thai and I, Shrewsbury

We decided to get takeout today from Thai and I in Shrewsbury,

Independence Hall

this time getting the THAI and I SPECIAL (Ground chicken stir-fried with spicy authentic basil sauce, fresh chilies, diced string beans bell peppers, and Thai basil leaves; served with steamed rice and Thai-style fried egg) 

and the PHO (Rice noodles in bone broth with beef served in a large bowl).

The rice dish was not bad being a little on the spicy side, while the noodles definitely did not taste like pho, but more like boat noodles, but still good anyway.
