Today, we decided to have lunch at Rancho Corona, a new restaurant in Northborough that I believe has taken the place of Bistro Limoncello, which I visited a long time ago. Nice decor inside, although we chose to sit outside.
We got the SIETE MARES (Traditional mexican seafood with shrimp, clams, scallops, octopus, mussels, crab legs, tilapia served with vegetables), which came in an interesting looking stone pot,
and the BORREGO DON MATUTE (Lamb shank marinated in a delicious red chili pepper sauce, baked slowly until tender and served with marinade sauce, rice, refried beans, Pico De Gallo, and avocado slices.)The soup was very flavorful, and the seafood was fresh as well, allow the Jonah crab claws could not be cracked. I have never had lamb at a Mexican restaurant either, and it was really good as well.Needless to say, a really good Mexican meal, and my little one approved as well.
