My day started off with a Maple Donut from
N and J Donuts, a diner in the town of Oxford,
And then it was off to Burrillville RI for most of the day, passing by Webster
Along the way.
In Burrillville, I started off with a hike at the
George Washington Wildlife Management Area, where the path I took to find Underwoods Pond is shown below in pink.
As the path straight to the pond passed through a farm, I initially could not find it and had to walk the long way from the north to find the pond,
and realize my mistake later as I walked back to my car.
From here I visited several other places in town.

Wilson Reservoir, 412 Wallum Lake Road |

Ross Pond, 141 Old Wallum Lake Road |
|
Pascoag Reservoir, 241 Reservoir Road |
|
St. Patrick's Cemetery Chapel of the Resurrection, 425 Pascoag Main Street |
|
Town Hall, 105 Harrisville Main Street |
|
Town Common, East Avenue and Harrisville Main Street |
|
Stillwater Mill Center Pavilion, 75 Tinkham Lane |
|
Firefighters Memorial Park, Callahan School Street and Sherman Farm Road |
|
Little Round Top Pond, 470 Brook Road |
Some places of note was the waterfalls at
Freedom Park
And
White Mill Park.
Soon, it was time to head back, and I decided to get Chinese takeout from
Hot Wok in Douglas, getting the usual General Tso's Chicken lunch Combo, consisting of Pork Fried Rice, Beef Teriyaki and Crab Rangoons.
The Chicken was actually very Crispy and not soggy with sauce, yet flavorful. The sides were not bad too, although the Rice had onions.
The day ended with dinner at
Red Robin in Millbury, getting the Billion Dollar Baby (black Angus Beef on a toasted ciabbata Bun, topped with peppered bacon, a golden Fried Potato cake, creamy, truffle Flavored cheese blend, melted fontina cheese, mayo, Shredded lettuce and grilled tomatoes).
One of the more expensive Burgers on the menu, but the least tasty of the burgers I have had here. Still working toward that free Burger though.
