We had to grab something before work today, so we decided to stop by Antonio's Pizza by the Slice, a new bar restaurant serving pizza by the slice in Worcester.
We got the Chicken Bacon Ranch (BBQ chicken, chopped bacon, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese,
BBQ sauce, ranch dressing), Don Giovanni (fresh sliced avocado, chopped tomato, shaved provolone, fresh mozzarella slices, basil marinara sauce), Steak Taco (BBQ steak, pico de gallo with cilantro, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, tomato sauce), and Potato Bacon (chopped bacon, sliced potato, shaved provolone, cheddar cheese) pizzas.
The crust was crispy, and all the pizzas except for the potato bacon were really flavorful, especially, the spice combination for the steak taco, and the interesting avocado addition to the Don Giovanni. The potato one was sadly on the bland side though. Will definitely come back for more next time.
For dinner, we went to La Terraza Parilla Mexicana, another new Mexican place that has taken over from Wing It Up, which I visited a long time ago. This place needs a little work to make it look nicer I guess.
We got the Fish Tacos, which came with beans and rice.
Not bad, but nothing special.
This blog is to serve as a record of my quest to visit every single town/city in Massachusetts and determine what are the great places to see/restaurants to eat at. Feel free to give me feedback on places that I might have missed out on, especially the great restaurants since I can only eat 3 times a day.
