This morning, after setting up the food truck, we decided to grab some brunch at Gaslight next door. This time, my friends got the Vanilla French Toast (with caramel apple and maple syrup)
and the Scrambled Eggs (with smoked salmon, fromage blanc, capers and toast),
while I got the Croque Madame (tasso ham and gruyere sandwich with beschamel, fried eggs and frites).
Once again, the presentation of the food was pretty good, as was the food, although I did not like how the smoked salmon got a little cooked in the process of scrambling the eggs with it. My tasso ham was delicious though.
This blog is to serve as a record of my quest to visit every single town/city in Massachusetts and determine what are the great places to see/restaurants to eat at. Feel free to give me feedback on places that I might have missed out on, especially the great restaurants since I can only eat 3 times a day.
